GUELPH — The Beef Farmers of Ontario is looking for producers who are leaders in conservation for its The Environmental Stewardship Award (TESA).
The winner is selected based on stewardship practices, accomplishments and goals. The award is open to all Ontario cattlemen. Producers can be nominated by someone else or apply themselves.
The winner will be announced at the group’s annual general meeting in February and will receive an all-expense paid trip for two to the Canadian Cattlemen’s Association’s semi-annual meeting in August to compete for the national award.
