WINCHESTER — About 70 tractors rolled down Main street in Winchester Aug. 8 in what would have been the Dairyfest annual tractor parade. Dairyfest was cancelled last year and this year because of COVID. But local crop farmer John Cinnamon organized a tractor parade anyway in both years. The tractors went by Dundas Manor to the delight of retired farmers living at the residence.
