What else do farmers do in the cab?
Besides the survey questions, we asked farmers if there was anything else they might do in the cab that we didn’t ask. Here were some of the more creative answers.
“I fantasize about the day Kathleen Wynne is not in Ontario.”
“Sometimes I will stop and fly my drones when they’re functioning.”
“While idling: I put a six pack of adult beverages on board. You’d be surprised how many guys cruise with a soda.”
“Nap (when stopped).”
“Watch for wildlife. Take pictures of deer I see.”
“Order parts.”
“Study for the neonic test.”
“Wash the windows. If I’m planting wheat, and I have autosteer on, I have washed the inside of the windows while I’m driving.”
“There is (something else I do). It’s only when the wife rides…”
