Farmers who missed the registration period for the 24th Annual Southwest Crop Diagnostic Day can still enroll at the door provided there is still space available.
Diagnostic Day is designed to help farmers identify and treat common crop problems. Some of the topics include herbicide injury in soybeans, to kill a cover crop and winter wheat disease management, attendees will be broken into small groups of 20 people, who will rotate through all 10 topics.
The event takes place on July 4 and 5 from 8:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus at 120 Main Street East at Ridgetown. Cost is $125.
