A number of towns in Manitoba have offered lots for people for $10 (with $1,000 down payment and if you build a house there within a year).
But in the Yukon, there’s farmland available for free. All you need is to be at least 19 years old, a Canadian citizen, and to have lived in the Yukon for at least a year.
