PERTH EAST — Perth County OPP report that an unlocked pickup truck — with keys left in the ignition — was stolen July 11 from a rural farm property on Road 111.
The detachment was informed of the theft shortly after 4 a.m.
The stolen truck is 2012 black GMC Sierra with lift-kit, chrome wheels, no exhaust, a CanAm sticker in the back window, and a stainless steel tool box in the back.
Perth County OPP advise the public to report any suspicious activity immediately, and to consider installing security features such as increased lighting, cameras or alarms. Ensure vehicles, sheds, garages and doors are locked.
