NORFOLK COUNTY — A farm tractor operator died Aug. 4 after rolling into a ditch in South Walsingham.
Police, firefighters and paramedics responded to the 3rd Concession Road address at approximately 5:45 p.m.
The driver was fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene, according to Norfolk County OPP.
Police have identified the deceased as 57-year-old David Smith of Norfolk County.
