LIAR LIAR… Carney’s pants are on fire
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney held a pre-budget press conference on Oct. 23 and in 60 seconds declared six things that are untrue at best or proveable lie at worst.
He said: “I will always be straight about the challenges we face and the choices we must make.”
Really? In April, before he was elected, he told us the greatest threat to Canada was China. Last month his Foreign Affairs Minister said Canada and China have a “strategic partnership.” So, which is it? If China is the greatest threat I think we need to know. Why doesn’t he speak up? Because the threat charge was a pre-election line to get votes. If he’s concerned about this challenge — the RCMP has warned the Liberal government about it for years — he would investigate Chinese infiltration and Chinese ownership of property. But he’s not interested and those who think he is are naive.
Number two: Carney said, “Our government will work relentlessly to cut waste and drive efficiencies and when we have to make difficult choices we will be thoughtful.”
Work relentlessly to cut waste? That was proven to be a lie immediately after he said it. The Liberal government has opened Canada’s doors to immigrants with no skills and who don’t speak English or French and who have little chance at integrating. They don’t even share the same work ethic, world view or religion. If he wanted to cut waste, the next thing out of his mouth would have been his plan to control immigration, which would immediately begin to solve the housing and youth unemployment crisis. If unemployed and unemployable immigrants were sent back to their countries he would save hundreds of millions of dollars wasted on hotels, healthcare, and free groceries. We would have the added benefit of less crime. It would be a win all the way around.
For every dollar spent on a new immigrant to Canada, 20 people could have been helped in their own countries where they would rather be with their families, friends, culture, religion, language and climate. Let’s face it, people are coming here for the freebies, not for the bitter cold -30 C in late January. Even Canadians don’t want to be here in January.
Number three and four: “We will be transparent and we will be fair.”
How often does a Liberal in Carney’s entourage answer a question directly? Their game plan is to not answer questions. They obfuscate, deflect, and drone on about how “we’re working hard for Canadians.”
It’s cringy to hear a Liberal Minister speak. They actually sound mentally challenged. It makes you wonder where they find these people. It really seems like they are looking for the most gullible, compromised, DEI (diversity, equity, inclusive) hires who know nothing more than what is written on the paper in front of them. It is a colossal embarrassment, a clown show.
They are not even hiding it. Listen to question period or a committee meeting. The Liberal Ministers stick to the talking points in front of them and when they run out of paper they sometimes look stunned.
When Canada’s Health Minister was asked at a press conference recently about the B.C. ostrich farm, she said absolutely nothing. She simply looked around the room. Not even a grunt or sigh of acknowledgement of the question. “Thank you, next question,” said an off-camera moderator. And that was that.
The Liberal government doesn’t believe in transparency and they are far from fair. They choose immigrants with a criminal record over our elderly. Rather than help the depressed they offer them death by doctor. For many Canadians the three levels of government take more of their money in taxes than they get to put in their pockets. The Liberal government acknowledges that Canadians are struggling, yet 22 % interest on a credit card is hunky-dory. How is any of this fair?
Carney also said: “We will work collaboratively with our colleagues across the aisle to build, protect and empower Canadians. We won’t play games, we won’t waste time and we won’t hold back. We will do what it takes.”
That’s five and six. Work collaboratively with the Conservative government? They routinely refuse to answer their questions or provide requested information. When do the Liberals not play games?
Carney doesn’t care if China rapes our country and globalists curse our future. He says his budget will call for “sacrifices.” For whom? Not for him.
His company, Brookfield, owes more than $6.5 billion in taxes going back 5 years, making it possibly the biggest tax dodger in Canada.
If the budget passes, get ready for another pounding from a government that lies to your face and rips you off with a smile.
They won’t stop until you own nothing.
