Farm Credit Canada has published a new magazine to help farmers manage their mental health — a topic that is becoming more openly acknowledged within the agricultural community.
Rooted in Resilience contains advice and resources that farmers can access right now.
“In Canadian agriculture and food, sometimes mental health issues are kept quiet. But if you feel stressed or overwhelmed, you are not alone – and you can build skills to manage through tough times,” the lending agency says in a press release.
