OTTAWA — Photos from the best day of your life could lead to another awesome day thanks to Farmers Forum’s annual photo contest.
There are two separate contests for the Eastern Ontario Farmers Forum and for the Western Ontario Farmers Forum. The winner in the Eastern paper gets $200 plus four tickets to the Ottawa Valley Farm Show on March 14-16 at the EY Centre next to Ottawa’s international airport. The winner in the Western paper gets $200.
This year’s photo contest theme is creative weddings on the farm. The wedding photos can be from any year. Your photos can include people, animals, or scenery. The photo is not an entry, just an idea to get you thinking.
You can submit up to five photos per person. The best photos will be published in our March edition.
Entry deadline for the Eastern Edition is Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017. Entry deadline for the Western Edition is Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017. Send your photos to news@farmersforum.com.
Photos must be in .jpg or .tiff format, with a resolution of at least 200 dpi. Include the photographer’s name, phone number, and mailing address and at least one sentence describing each photo.
