Ontario Federation of Agriculture president Don McCabe won the election for OFA director for Lambton-Middlesex Counties on Sept. 12.
McCabe, 55, is expected to run again for OFA president at the annual meeting in November. McCabe beat former staunch Liberal Party supporter Crispin Colvin, a 64-year-old Middlesex crop farmer, who ran for the federal Liberal Party in 2006.
The OFA has not released the vote count. Colvin said he is not allowed to release the vote count.
