CANADA HEALTH MINISTER APPEARS STUNNED: Not able to answer question, or say even one word, about ostriches (video 1:33)

This is an embarrassment to the new minister.

She actually looked engaged as I spoke but before she could say a word some handler (An assistant? A minder from the PMO?) shut her down. I had my say; the minister herself was silenced.

By whom? And why?

Totally undermined her. https://t.co/kp5cE6CdYD
