HURON EAST — Thieves stole 44 pigs from a barn on North Line sometime between March 1 and June 21, according to Huron County OPP. The missing hogs were valued at a combined $12,000 and weighed between 60 and 200 pounds each.
The farmer reported the loss to police during the first week of July.
